Store Policies
Returns Policy:
14 DAYS: Items returned within 14 days of receipt will be given a refund minus shipping fees.
14+ DAYS: Returns after 14 days, customer will be issued a store credit minus shipping fees.
RETURNS TO MFG: Returns sent directly to the item manufacturer without authorization is subject to restocking fees and/or PayPal fees.
RETURN SHIPPING: Buyer responsible for return shipping. If shipping was free, an estimated shipping fee will be accessed.
RETURNS DUE TO SIZE: If a return due to sizing is requested and the product accurately provides measurements directly in the listing, 3 Gems reserves the right to allow the return for a store credit only.
CUSTOM ORDERS: No returns on custom orders unless an agreement is worked out before the sale. i.e. CUSTOM includes all Dale Chavez items unless pulled directly from 3 Gems inventory.
3 Gems is always willing to work out reasonable terms. All refunds are left up to the sole discretion of 3 Gems on an individual situation. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply limitations depending on the course of events.
SHIPPING
3 Gems reserves the right to choose the method of shipping based on time and cost. We use UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Orders placed before 10:00am(CST) will be processed the same day.
Any orders placed after 10:00am(CST) will be processed the following day.
The time the order was placed with determine arrival dates.
Please keep this in mind when requesting rush shipping such as OVERNIGHT, 2nd DAY and 3rd Day. SHIPPING TIME *Parcel Post 7-14 days
*Priority Mail 2-3 days
*Ground - 7 to 12 days
3rd Day - 3 days from order date if placed before 10:00am(CST)
2nd Day - 2 days from order date if placed before 10:00am(CST)
OVERNIGHT - Next day (guaranteed before 5pm) if order is placed before 10:00am(CST)
*Non-Guaranteed Services are subject to extended shipping time at the discretion of the seller as some items are not in stock and need to be obtained from the supplier. An exception in this case is if the buyer submits a "need by date" as requested in the Order Confirmation Email.

Sales Tax
Orders are subject to MN sales tax if the buyer is shipping to a MN address. Other state sales tax may apply if item is drop shipped from a supplier to a buyer that are in the same state.
